Have you or do you feel desperate? I remember feeling desperate and even feeling I did not want to live anymore. I was in my twenties, with two children, and a failing marriage. When I married I thought it was for life. I could not imagine a divorce, nor could I imagine living each day as we were.
I remember feeling desperate when I was a struggling single Mom (for twelve years). It was so difficult to survive financially.
I was desperate when I cared for my Mother with Alzheimer's and family did not believe it true.
Then desperation when I saw that my Father too was having signs of the same disease.
Whatever desperation, I have learned the hard way, that what I really need is to stay focused on what really matters. What is in my heart, my faith, my loved ones, our health mentally, physically and spiritually.
I know it was very difficult to do; yet, when I did asked for help in those times there was always someone who wanted to help in whatever way they were capable. We humans are spirutal beings, we are for the most, compassionate people. We may run into, live with, work with people who are truly cold hearted--but those are few in comparison to those who are looking to help. Please if you need help, just an ear to listen to you, a mentor for advice, food, clothing, housing, counseling, whatever it is, reach out for there is someone who would be gracious, compassionate, and ready to help. When we let people help us we give them an opportunity for Joy in their lives. I know this to be true. Remember Christmas is the day Love was Born! God Bless you all!
Reach out whether you need help or you want to help, be aware there is always someone in need.

We love family and friends
We have a large family and have experience in many matters of the heart.
If you want to be encouraged we are available to share our experiences and wisdom by discussing with you relationships, marriage, children, divorce, friends, grief, forgiveness, health, any matter of the heart.
